William Shull

William Caldwell Shull, Jr. age 71, of Lily Street died November 17, 2014 in Lincoln County. He was born on June 26, 1943 in Gaston County a son of the late William Caldwell Shull Sr. and Dessie Mae Johnson Shull. He worked in home construction and a dairy farmer.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Ann Vale Shull and a sister Faye S Moore.

Survivors include sons, Tony Shull of Cat Square, Bryan Keith Shull and Camille Huffman of Cherryville, Dale Alan Shull and wife Sherry of Cherryville, William Shull, Jr. and Tammy Bratton Brittain of Lincolnton, daughter, Michelle Rene Shull and companion Stan Coleman of Bessemer City, brothers, Sanford Shull, of Kansas, Howard Shull of Cherryville, Felix Shull of Va,, sisters Sandra Angler, of Jacksonville, NC, Carol Reid of Forest City, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Carpenter's Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Leonard Bumgardner officiating. Burial will follow the service at City Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:30 - 10:45 AM at the funeral home prior to the service.
