Sheila Towery

Sheila Rebecca Dellinger Towery, age 64, of Houser Farm Road, passed away Sunday October 10, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. She was born January 6, 1957 in Lincoln county to the late Coy and Lorene Russ Dellinger.  She was a lifetime member of North Brook Baptist Church.  Sheila liked traveling, loved flowers, and enjoyed watching Hallmark Movies.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Timmy and Nick Dellinger.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Kenny Alan Towery; daughter, April Hull (Jeff); sons, Kyle Barker, and Cale Barker (Lorrie); brothers, Rev. Dr. Wade Dellinger (Lynn), Ray Dellinger (Sheila), and Morris Dellinger (Patsy); and two grandsons, Dawson Hull, and Jacob Hull.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 15, 2021 at 3:00PM at North Brook Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Bob Wise and Pastor Jeff Hull officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends Friday from 1:30 to 2:45 PM prior to the service at the church.
