Shannon Denise Young Shinn, age 52, of Dallas-Cherryville Hwy., passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022 at her residence. She was born February 10, 1970 in Gaston county to the late Dennis and Janet Brown Young.
Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Harry Lee Shinn; brothers, Chad Young and wife Debbie, Scott Young and wife Karen, and Jeff Young; special caregiver, David White; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Her family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Carpenter-Porter Funeral and Cremation Services.
No other formal services are planned.
