Sarah Clinard Honeycutt

Sarah Ann Clinard Honeycutt, age 88, of High Point, passed away at her brother’s home, on May 23, 2024. Sarah was born on March 17, 1936, in Forsyth County, to the late Orville Franklin Clinard Sr. and Mildred Ruth Atkins Clinard.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Lee Honeycutt; her daughter, Leigh Ann Honeycutt; and two sisters, Betty Jean Lance, of Highlands, and Frankie Ruth Jackson, of Thomasville.

Survivors include her son, Bobby Ray Honeycutt, of Clinton; grandson, Keith Ray Parker, of Four Oaks; and brother, Orville Frank Clinard, Jr. and wife, Mary John Clinard, of Cherryville.

The family will receive friends Sunday June 2, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, at Parkwood Baptist Church, in High Point. 

She will be buried beside her husband, Harrison Lee Honeycutt, at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, in Clinton, North Carolina, at a later date.
