Ronald Treadway

Ronald Lynn Treadway, age 64 of 2268 Tailwater Road, Newton, died Sunday, March 3, 2013 at his residence. Ronald was born in Fayette County, West Virginia on November 1, 1948, the son of the late Sylvester Ronald Treadway, and Lora Fay Craft Treadway, of Fayetteville, W. Va. Ronald formerly owned and operated R & S. Angus Farms and Ron's Welding Service, in Newton.

Survivors: In addition to his mother: Mrs. Lora Fay Treadway. Wife: Mrs. Sharon Walberg Treadway of the home. Two sons: Ronny Treadway (Lisa) of Crouse, Scott Treadway (Barbara) of Newton. Daughters: Wendy Livengood (Jeffery) of Crouse, Dawn Treadway of Harrisburg, N. C. Anita Kranake of Sheridan, Mo. Two Brothers, 6 sisters, 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister.

Funeral services will be conducted at 4:30 Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Cone Memorial Chapel of Carpenter's Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Lail officiating, burial will follow in the Cherryville City Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Carpenter's Funeral and Cremation Services in Cherryville from 2:30 - 4:15 PM.

The family will be at the home in Newton and also at home of his son, Ronny Treadway, 5049 Deer Run, Crouse, N. C.
