Ray Peeler

Ernest "Ray" Peeler, Jr. age 56 of Dellinger Circle passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Carolinas Healthcare System Cleveland. He was born October 2, 1961 in Cleveland County to the late Ernest Ray Peeler Sr. and Brenda Wells Peeler. Ray's passion was riding motorcycles and being with family, especially his grandson.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Lineberger Peeler; daughter, Caitlin Peeler; step-son, Cohen Hill; grandson, Fallon Rush Knowles; sister, Lori Peeler Gillis; nephew, Zachary Gillis; niece, Whitney Gillis Griffin; and great nephew, William Tucker Griffin.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 4:00 PM at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services will Rev. Dennis Wells officiating. Burial will follow at City Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00 to 3:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
