Mike Easler

Michael Todd Easler, age 55 of Bessemer City, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021.  He was born October 26, 1965 in Kingsport, TN to the late Thomas Michael Easler and Mary Lovens Johnson.  He was a 1984 graduate of Bessemer City High School.  Mike was an outdoorsman who loved to fish and “tinker” with things.  He enjoyed playing the guitar.  He also enjoyed playing baseball and watching football.  Mike was a collector of many things.

Survivors include his son, Aaron Easler; daughter, Sarah Easler and her significant other, Dallas Creech; brother, Richard Easler and wife, Tracy; niece, Kayla Easler; nephew, Jason Easler; mother of his children, Donna Bridges and husband, Craig; and numerous cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Leroy Easler officiating.  A time of remembrance will be held from 1:00 to 1:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
