Leigh Ann Pruitt

Leigh Ann Carpenter Pruitt, age 53 of Cherryville, passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 at Novant Health in Huntersville.  She was born December 15, 1968 in Cleveland County to the late Harold Carpenter and Linda Peeler.

Survivors include her sister, Camille Huffman (Bryan Shull) of Cherryville; nephew, Damon Huffman; and aunts, Janet C. Sellers of Gastonia, Doris C. Sellers of Gastonia, and Patsy Peeler of Cherryville.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 2:00 PM at First Church of the Nazarene in Cherryville with Rev. Tom Hartis officiating.  Burial will be private.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service at the church.
