Karen Craft

December 23, 1965 — January 25, 2015

Karen Renae Rudisill Craft, 49, of Pine Ave., died Jan. 25, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Lincoln Co. a daughter of Truman Rudisill of Lincolnton and late Sandra Kiser Bridges. Karen was employed by UCS in Lincolnton and thoroughly enjoyed the beach.

In addition to her mother she is preceded in death by a sister Summer Lee Bridges and a brother Marty Rudisill.

Survivors include her husband John Whitney Craft, father and step mother Truman and Brenda Rudisill of Lincolnton, her children Jennifer Fox of Lincolnton and Hudsyn Whitney Craft of the home, B. J. Locklear and wife Lyndsey of Lincolnton and Mitchell Locklear of Lincolnton, five grandchildren Devin Fox, Laci Craft, Madison Jenkins, Mason and Carter Locklear, sister Stacey Rudisill, of Lincolnton and brother Jimmy Rudisill and wife Ann of Cherryville a sister-in-law Jennifer Rudisill of Hickory , and six nieces and nephews. .

A memorial service will be held Thursday at Carpenter's Funeral and Cremation Services at 7 PM with Rev. Jimmy Rudisill, officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Thursday at the funeral home from 5:30-6:45 PM and at other times at the home.
