Jacqueline Barrett

Jacqueline "Jackie" Rae Beam Barrett, age 73 of Mary's Grove Church Rd., currently of Somerset Court, died Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. She was born on March 25, 1941 in Lincoln County to the late John and Katie Gilmore Beam. She had retired from Bradington Young.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Tony Dale Barrett Jr.; a sister, Carlene Adams; and a brother Charles Beam.

Survivors include her daughter, Wanda Bell and husband, David of Kings Mountain; grandson, Brian Bell and wife, Kimberly of Shelby; great grandson, Kendall Bell of Shelby; sister, Martha Parker of Hickory; and brothers, Don Beam of Hickory and John Beam of Cherryville.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Mary's Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Leonard Bumgardner officiating.
