Helen Clark

February 11, 1929 — April 3, 2014

Helen Faye Clark, age 85, of Terrace Ridge Assisted Living, died Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. She was born on February 11, 1929 in Gaston County, a daughter of the late Christopher Sylvanus and Ruth Pasour Clark. Faye was a lifetime member of Hephzibah ARP Church. She enjoyed gardening and loved flowers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Glenn and Roy Clark; sister, Eva Clark; and sisters-in-law, Dorothy, Zona, and Nell Clark.

She is survived by her brothers, Max S. Clark, Sr. and Clyne Paul Clark and wife, Peggy, all of Bessemer City; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends and church members, Gene and Janet Clemmer of Bessemer City.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Hephzibah ARP Church with Preacher Jeff Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2:00 to 2:45 prior to the service at the church.

The family would like to thank the staff of Terrace Ridge Assisted Living and Caromont Regional Health for their wonderful care and love shown to Ms. Clark.
