Faye King Porter

Faye Louise King Porter, age 76, of Dallas, NC, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Levine Dickson Hospice House.  She was born December 8, 1946 in Jackson County, NC to the late James Weaver and Vergie Lee Cochran King.  She enjoyed going out to dinner, especially to Cracker Barrel, and spending time with family.  She loved owls and liked watching game shows and soap operas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Weaver King, Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Teresa Porter Freeman (Timothy Flick); sons, Paul Ray Porter, Jr. (Brittany Stafford) and Robert Lee Porter; brothers, Billy Ray King (Diane) and Tom King (Shirley);  grandchildren, Harley Ray Porter, Alexys Marie Porter, Drake Richard Porter, Maci Ann Porter, Ella Mae Porter; and great grandchildren, Ava Kensley Freeman and Dylan Marcus Freeman.
