Faye Dellinger

Faye Hullender Dellinger, age 91 of J.C. Dellinger Rd. passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 at White Oak Manor in Kings Mountain. She was born May 31, 1927 in Gaston County to the late Henry and Junie Whiteside Hullender. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She enjoyed sewing and needle point. Faye was an excellent farm wife and homemaker extraordinaire.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harold F. Dellinger; son-in-law, Michael D. Jackson; and brothers, Elbert and Ralph Hullender.

Survivors include her daughter, Veda D. Jackson; grandson, Camden Jackson and wife, Janene; and great granddaughter, Alli Jackson.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 3:00 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church Rhyne-White Chapel with Rev. Ben Kifer officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30 to 2:45 PM prior to the service in the Vida Dellinger Parlor and other times at the home at 815 JC Dellinger Rd. Burial will be private.
