Dorothy Shull

Dorothy "Dot" Louise Poston Shull, 81, of Oak Street died Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at her residence. She was born on April 14, 1934 in Cleveland County to the late William Daniel and Maudie Hull Poston. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Lloyd Wayne Shull, Jr. and Warren Daniel "Dan" Shull; brother, William Poston Jr.; and sister, Ruby "Butch" McIntyre.

Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Wayne "Bill" Shull, Sr.; sons, Don and Kathy Shull of Waco, Joel Shull of Greenville, TN, Rob and Phyllis Shull of Jonesborough, TN, and Jeff Shull of Waco; daughter-in-laws, Penny Compton of Lawndale, and Loretta Shull of Waco; sisters, Shirley Canipe of Statesville, Lib Dunnam of Edgewater, FL, and Brenda Ware of N. Augusta, SC; sixteen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Lail officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 AM prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
