Betty Ryan

Betty Jean Lovett Ryan, age 76 of West Academy Street, died Saturday, April 4, 2015 at CMC Main in Charlotte. Betty was born in York, South Carolina on April 16, 1938 to late Lethia Mae Burkett Lovett. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Curtis Rayn; a great grandchild; and two brothers, John Albert Burkett and Paul Burkett.

Survivors include two daughters; Mary Katherine Farris of Mt. Holly and Pattie Joann Danawala of Richardson, Texas; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, William Burkett; and sister, Doris Jean Burkett.

Services will be private.
