Survivors include his wife, Gitaben Shivabhai Patel; children, Kaushal Baldevbhai Patel, Mahi Baldevbhai Patel, and Ishika Baldevbhai Patel and husband, Premkumar Patel; brother, Jayendra Patel; and sisters, Kaminiben Patel and Bhavanaben Patel.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 19, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services, 1100 E. Main St. Cherryville, NC 28021. Services will continue at 2:00 PM at Cleveland Funeral Services and Crematory, 2518 W. Dixon Blvd. Shelby, NC 28152.
