Alanna Landers

Alanna Jean Buff Landers, age 48 of Cherryville, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at her residence.  She was born September 11, 1974 to Billy Gene Buff and Kathy Davis Hart.  Alanna loved music and soap operas.  She was a loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her children and grandson.

She was preceded in death by her precious son, Lucus Wayne Landers.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Richard Wayne Landers; sons, Billy Landers and Daniel Landers; daughter, Lucy Landers; grandson, Castiel Wayne Landers; sisters, Donna Buff, Teresa Stevenson, and Tiny Morgan; brother, Daniel Buff; and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces, including Kathy and Karon.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, April 8, 2023, at Second Baptist Church with Pastor Matt Thomas officiating.  Burial will follow at City Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Friday, April 7, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services.
